Our fees and exchange rates are disclosed before you confirm any transaction. By proceeding with a transaction, you agree to the applicable fees and rates displayed. • Transfer fees vary by destination, payment method, and delivery speed • Exchange rates are based on wholesale currency markets with our margin applied • Rates are locked at the time of transaction confirmation • All fees are non-refundable once a transaction is initiated We may change our fee structure at any time with notice to users.

When you initiate a transfer: • You authorize us to debit your payment method for the transfer amount plus fees • Processing times vary based on destination, payment method, and compliance checks • Transfers may be delayed or rejected for compliance, fraud prevention, or operational reasons • We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties, including banks and payment processors You may cancel a transaction before it is processed. Once funds are delivered, transactions cannot be reversed.
